Basebuilding Training: Intro to One-on-Ones

Are you interested in basebuilding, but outreach isn't your cup of tea? Do you want to learn how to engage others around ALP and organizing more broadly? Is building power in 1:1 connection appealing to you? If so, join our basebuilding team to train on how to hold effective and joyous 1:1s! Whether you're in the streets or on Zoom, we will discuss how to connect with folks honestly, learn what excites them about organizing, and identify spaces for newly recruited members to engage in.
