Join us on Friday, June 18th for ALP’s annual Community Care Day, a virtual afternoon of reflection and sharing healing space together.

Community Care Day is an opportunity to:

  • Connect with members of our community and learn more about ALP’s work
  • Participate in workshops and discussions around wellness
  • Contribute to a digital altar space
  • Learn and share skills for care and healing

NOTE: This event is by and for Lesbian, Gay Bisexual, Two Spirit, Trans and Gender Non-Conforming folks who are Black, Indigenous, and People of Color. The 3rd Space Program is made up of community members who are invested in sustainable care for our people that is centered in a deep, loving and radical sense of community. We aim to shift away from the isolation and disposability that medical institutions and capitalism impose on us,  instead uplifting the knowledge from our lineage that has kept our people thriving and resilient.

Resilience happens through collective action, recognition, and love. This is a time to be still, be loving, be cared for and caring. Let’s build community and generate joy together!
