This fellowship is designed for a TGNCNB community member interested in developing experience in grassroots community organizing, political education, collective care, and movement-building within a member-led LGBTQ+ organization.
The fellow will help strengthen connections with TGNC community members and support programs, trainings, healing spaces, and community events. This role includes relationship-based outreach, administrative support, and hands-on program coordination.
Responsibilities may include:
● Conducting direct outreach and initiating conversations with community members about ALP programming
● Collecting and maintaining participant contact information and conducting initial 1:1 follow-up conversations
● Co-designing workshops, healing spaces, peer support initiatives, trainings, and community events
● Assisting with data tracking, activity documentation, and grant-related data collection
● Co-designing and distributing outreach materials
● Developing content for social media and email campaigns
● Assisting with event logistics, coordination, and implementation
● Participating in political education and leadership development opportunities connected to 3rd Space programming
This fellowship is intended to support the fellow’s political development, leadership growth, and deeper connection to TGNC community organizing.
